Tŷ Da Property Group is a property refurbishment and regeneration business operating throughout Wales and the West.
We specialise in identifying underused and distressed buildings and bringing them back into productive use. Our projects range from tired residential property and vacant commercial premises to mixed-use buildings with the potential for a new purpose.
Our approach combines practical construction knowledge with a respect for traditional building methods. Where appropriate, we use a mixture of traditional materials, modern insulation systems and current building technologies to improve comfort, energy efficiency and long-term durability.
The aim is simple: to create quality homes and spaces that are fit for modern living, achieve strong energy performance and retain the character that made the building worth saving in the first place.

The UK continues to face a significant shortage of housing, particularly in areas where local people are struggling to find quality homes that are affordable, efficient and fit for modern living.
Whilst large-scale housing developments will continue to play an important role, new housing demand cannot be met by major housebuilders alone. Existing buildings, vacant properties and underused commercial premises also have an important part to play in helping address the shortage.
Tŷ Da believes that many older buildings still have a valuable future. Through refurbishment, repurposing and regeneration, we aim to bring underused and distressed property back into productive use, creating homes and spaces that serve local communities whilst preserving the character of the buildings themselves.
By combining traditional building materials with modern insulation systems, energy-efficient technologies and practical design, we strive to create homes that are comfortable, sustainable and built to last.
