Roman Way
Residential Extension and Refurbishment.
Originally a single story 2 bed, 1 reception bungalow. This house was de-roofed and extended to create this 4 bed, 3 reception house.
Park Square
Victorian Miner's Terraced House Restoration.
This 1864 Snowdonia property was stripped back to stone and carefully restored whilst retaining many of its original features. The house was completely re-wired and re-plumbed, with modern insulation and heating systems installed throughout. Traditional slate, oak finishes and original fireplaces were retained where possible, creating a character property suited to modern living. Today it is home to a local young couple.
Future Projects
Commercial Conversion and Regeneration.
Tŷ Da is actively exploring a number of future refurbishment and regeneration opportunities across Wales and the West. These include the conversion of underused commercial buildings, mixed-use developments and residential refurbishment projects aimed at bringing buildings back into productive use.
